How do you feel about people's rising dependance on technology?

As a millennial, I've grown up surrounded by technology. I knew how to operate a computer before I learned to how to ride a bike simply because my family believed technology to be the way of the future. Well, they were right. My spiritual journey is often compromised technological temptations that create a false reality and bring us farther away from the core truth. Now that I am knowledgeable of how influential cell phones and computers can be in one's life, I am finding it difficult to find a way of including a healthy amount of technology in my life without sacrificing my mentality. Perhaps this forum will help?
